Context
Entrepreneurs applying to Endeavor must upload detailed information about their business and receive feedback throughout multiple evaluation stages.
However, the platform did not allow for real-time, in-context communication.
As a result, users relied on external tools like Docs, emails, or message threads, to ask questions or receive corrections, and then manually transferred everything back into the platform.
This fragmented experience slowed down the process, created confusion, and made the workflow feel disconnected.

I designed an in-context Messages module that appears directly where entrepreneurs upload or revise their information.
The approach focused on:

Eliminating the need to open external Docs for commentary.
Using a clear, human, supportive tone aligned with Endeavor’s mission.
Allowing a natural back-and-forth without breaking the workflow.
Instead of a generic chat, this tool becomes contextual feedback exactly when the user needs it.
